Presenting our final poster for ALEXROSSI’s Je Te Prends 7″ Single. “Je Te Prends” translates to “I take you,” which is used in many different contexts throughout the song. The artwork was inspired by Lisa’s fond memories of the 1956 fantasy short French film, The Red Balloon.

You can pick up your copy of the single at Bleeding Gold Records.
Lisa and I recently finished designing and printing another set of posters for Bleeding Gold Records, this time around for ALEXROSSI’s latest single, Je Te Prends. Here’s a look at our process (guest appearance by our friend Karen Morrison).

Tony Salimi just posted a nice write-up about us. Check it out over at Yowzer Yowzer.

September 2007 (the beginning)
We are very happy with how our 2012 New Year cards turned out. They have been mailed (mostly) and the response has been really positive. It nicely compliments last year’s universe theme and makes light of the Mayan impending doomsday predictions. Now the challenge is producing something even better next year!

It’s that time of year again. We just finished printing our Chinese New Year poster for 2012. Without further ado, we present to you Year of the Dragon!

Just printed out Year of the Dragon Posters today! The illustration for the Dragon was the most challenging of the series so far, but Lisa pushed through and the results are wonderful. We also landed on an awesome color scheme that we are really excited about. Pics of the final will be posted soon.

We just finished printing our New Years cards last weekend and are looking forward to sending them out soon. The process went seemingly smooth until we realized, after making 40 prints of the 1st color, that we hadn’t properly secured our paper holder and therefore we couldn’t get the second color to align consistently and we had to start all over. It was a huge hassle and a good reminder for us to always spend that extra minute to make sure our setup is perfect. Oh well. All is well that ends well.
Here are some sneak peaks of the process. I don’t want to potentially reveal the design before people receive them, so I’m keeping these pics abstract. Keep an eye out for one in your mailbox!

This post is a little late, but we are happy to announce that Progress has asked to sell prints of our Year of the Rabbit design! Here are the 3 color varieties that we provided so far. They are printed on
6″ x 6″ blocks.

And here’s the final Marc Dess/The Pipers 7″ Split Poster!
